For outstation orders, 50% advance is mandatory to begin production, and balance payment is required before dispatch.

We use trusted courier partners to deliver across India. DIY HOMES is not responsible for delays caused by courier or external factors beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges:

We follow a strict return policy as detailed above. Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items.
