Payment Policy

At DIY HOMES, every piece is made with love and care. Since our products are handmade and made-to-order, we follow a transparent payment policy to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

Orders under COD will be prepared only after a partial advance payment as confirmation. This helps us begin crafting your product with assurance.

For Outstation or Custom Orders:

A 50% advance payment is required to initiate production. Once your product is ready, we’ll share pictures for your approval before dispatch. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipment.

Production will start only after the initial payment is received. Once the balance payment is completed, your order will be carefully packed and shipped to your address.
