Processing Time:

Each product is carefully made by hand. Please allow 5–10 working days for production before dispatch. Custom or bulk orders may take additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

Shipping Time:

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days across India, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Shipping Charges:

Standard shipping charges apply as per weight and destination.

Free shipping may be offered on select promotional orders.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
